The story of Tenuta Nuccio began at the end of the 19th century, when two rural buildings housed farming families dedicated to cultivating the fields and harvesting tobacco. After decades of silence, in 2017 these walls came back to life thanks to Marco, who saw in them not only the opportunity to expand his agricultural activity, but above all the chance to give shape to a dream: to transform the estate into an agriturismo capable of telling the story of the most authentic Salento.
The restoration preserved original materials and atmospheres, while enriching them with discreet comforts and a vision mindful of sustainability. Today, the sun’s energy is used to light and heat the interiors, reducing the environmental impact and respecting the nature that surrounds the masseria.
